On June 30 I was honored to be the guest of SOS-AP.Org to explain how the Redevelopment Contracts allow Asbury Park to sue and take back the historical Casino, Carousel and Heating Plant from the developers who let them rot for 24 years.
On July 08, 2026 the Asbury Park City Council will hear the public on whether they should file that lawsuit. If you love this building, please go to that meeting and bring a friend to show your support.
